The Art of Healthy Living: A Mind-Body Approach to Inner Balance and Natural Vitality

Did you know that health is not just a physical thing? Diet, exercise, regular doctor checkups, and good sleeping habits can only do so much. Vitamins, minerals, medications and surgery can at best only form a part of the complete equation. To be truly healthy you need to pay attention to both the MIND and the BODY.

When it comes to chronic conditions, your passions, your job, your relationships, your personal, emotional, spiritual, and social hardships can very well be the originating source of your ailments. If your job is making you miserable, if you are not happy in your relationship, or if you are experiencing serious financial difficulties, you are bound to experience wild swings of physical ailments and recovery. The interesting twist is that most of us are not even aware of the subtle forces that really make us sick.

In this book, I pull from my personal experience and insight as a physician and mind-body expert to highlight the delicate interplay between the mind and the body in creating a natural sense of health, balance, and vitality.
